BIO

In 1998, Noise Process started as a solo project of Tim Garelick during a down-time period with his band god.net. Noise Process was initially a way for Tim to explore and develop his ability to create electronic music.

In Mid 2000 Tim met michael renfield, front man of L.V.X. Occvlta an already popular local Electro-Industrial band in Phoenix, AZ. After developing a friendship the two began to polish up some of the earlier N.P. songs. Shortly thereafter in late 2000 early 2001 they began creating new tracks for N.P. which had a very appealing and accessible sound. Mixing the elements of new and old Electronic Industrial and EBM with melodic musical textures and Experimentalism their sound was defined, aggressive and edgy electronic music with heavy rhythms, melodic synth lines, and processed vocals.

NP signed to Wire Productions in Germany and has to date released two albums. The debut “Neural Code” and the follow-up remix EP “Dead World”[ which was a 14 track collection of remixes from the Neural Code record by Dismantled, Putrefy Factor 7, E.S.R., System Syn, and others]. The first live show was put together by Dead Souls productions (Phoenix based promotional company) opening for DeathLine International and it was a screaming success. The second show was in Tijuana Mexico making NP the only "International", E.B.M. act in Phoenix. They have since Headlined the "Industrial Manifesto" in Phoenix, AZ, performed for the Wumpscut / FLA CD release at Therapy in San Diego, CA, played at Gothcon in New Orleans, LA, opened for VNV Nation, Icon of Coil and Das Ich, and Diverje, as well as being asked to do some dates with Clear Vision before the 2002 tour was cut short.

Noise Process is now a joint venture between [soil.lodge] studio[home to R010R/re:course/and Perpetual Dream State -ex.LVX Occvlta-] and Fractured Studio [home to God.Net and Yolibet] The official follow-up CD “Groundzer0”, is finished and awaiting release information. NP is currently performing live and dates can be followed at the MYSPACE site. Noise Process has also been featured on two 2005 compilations [ENDZEIT BUNKERTRACKS vol 1 put together by Alfa Matrix & ELECTRO STEEL CORP. which was a collaboration of Wire Prod and Orkus magazine.]
